the location offered easy access to transport links. the staff were indeed helpful. the provided breakfast included a good selection of items (i especially liked the fresh pastries).

the air conditioning seemed less effective. this resulted in a warmer room temperature than i would have preferred. it made sleeping a little difficult.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

perfect location helpful staff

The location was perfect. It's just a short walk to the main train station and also the town center. The staff were attentive and helpful, too. I found the room to be quite sizeable and comfortable! Breakfast had many options.

The room decor could use some improvements. I noticed some peeling paint patches. the pillows could be more comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't super effective.

The bed was comfy. The location was near the railway station WHICH was super helpful. I loved the breakfast. It had good variety AND good quality food.

the location near the train station was convenient for my travel plans.

the bathroom had a strange sewage smell, so it was unpleasant to use. i mentioned it when i left, but the staff seemed aware of the problem already, yet they had not addressed it. also, the decor felt quite dated, needing an update.

the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the main train station! breakfast had lots of choices and went until 11 am on weekends, awesome since i could sleep in.

the bathroom was pretty small, i thought.

surprised by this place!

helpful staff clean room

The reception staff were very helpful. they explained everything clearly in english. I really liked that. my room was lovely and very clean. all facilities in the room were very good. the bed was comfy. breakfast time included gluten free bread, a wonderful surprise.

The room felt quite cold. the heating took some time to get working. That was a little inconvenient.
